From Cannes to Dubai

Established in 1999, Bâoli has cultivated a reputation in the fine dining and lifestyle scene in Cannes and Miami. After two decades of success, we were approached by the founder to evolve the brand and create a franchise model, with the first opening in Dubai.

The brief was clear; create the Bâoli 2.0. The new brandmark was created using lettering that infuses organic, fluid shapes inspired by tropical Asian vegetation paired with classic French finesse and style. The introduction of green and gold as the primary colours, reflect a premium yet warm experience. The Bâoli pattern is taken from a prominent key feature in the interior design of each location. It is as unique as a fingerprint to each location. The fusion of English and French creates a tone of voice inspired by the bon vivant lifestyle. All of these elements come together to form the perfect ensemble to bring the story of Bâoli to the next generation.

Results & testimonial

The client was extremely pleased with the final result. The new brand effectively delivered on all requirements of the brief. We successfully injected modern luxury and elegance into the brand, matching Bâoli’s brand personality and the need to remain relevant with the glitterati. As a final touch point of this project, we created Le Brand Book to introduce the fresh brand identity and attract new investors globally. Bâoli Dubai is set to open on the top floor of a brand new DIFC building with lush outdoor areas complimented by spectacular 360° views.
