Putting Siemens at the center

Siemens wanted to create a lasting experience at their Headquarters in Masdar City that would educate visitors on their role in everyday society. The center needed to appeal to a variety of visitors, from government officials, CEO’s, industry leaders, customers, tourists and school students.

To be able to tell their story, we needed all of the elements to work together to execute a strong and memorable brand experience. Our concept relied heavily on technology, both tried and tested as well as brand new and cutting edge. This is something we are passionate about and something that is shown through the variety of solutions we recommended. We created a multi-disciplined team who met on a regular basis to discuss progress, challenges and requirements to ensure the project ran smoothly and within budget. The end result wass one which exposed visitors to a panorama of a 24 hour day of Siemens where they can interact, learn and engage. A day in your life takes them on an immersive journey of discovery using a combination of narrative, illustration and interactive projection mapping.

Results & testimonial

This complex and detailed project, saw a global benchmark born. Some of the unique solutions created included a touchscreen that took viewers through the history of the company, projection mapping that animated upon touch and introducing a web-based piece of software that pulled together posts from Siemens globally to create a dynamic display in real time. The center was attended by over 400 guests at its launch and has been visited by multiple students alongside visiting heads of state.

“The center has been very well received. I haven’t seen anything like it. We’ve had many requests from other regions to implement it. It’s a great benchmark for Siemens.”
