As a Founding Partner of the JansenHarris Group, I lead the company's business development and maintain key client relationships to drive sustainable growth.
Over the past twenty years, I've worked with Marriott International, Jack Daniel's, IHG, Emirates Leisure Retail, Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, Bombay Sapphire, Accor and Heineken across four continents.
Prior to starting JansenHarris, I led the branding department for India's largest real estate developer, managed key accounts for HKLM and Deutsche Bank. I've won the accounts of four of the world's top 100 brands, including the number one selling American whiskey, the largest global beer brand and the world's leading hospitality brand.
My proudest moments have been when my clients become close partners (and even friends) through our journey of building brave brands.
My vision has always been to harness the discipline of design to create brave brands that make a positive impact on the world.

Prior to JansenHarris, I held senior positions at Landor and HKLM. I've featured in multiple brand publications, spoken at leading industry events and been recognised with over twenty-five awards, including Graphis, WOLDA, Loeries, Lynx and Transform.
My proudest achievement has been to build a multi-disciplinary team that is driven by building brave brands every day.

As the Managing Partner of JansenHarris' UK office, my mission is to cultivate relationships that drive growth through exceptional client experience. Acting as a creative consultant, I collaborate with clients, strategists and designers to build brave brands that transform businesses and shape cultures.
Prior to launching JansenHarris London, I spent seventeen years building global and regional brands across multiple disciplines and categories. Some of my successes include Sky and NOW TV, AstraZeneca, KPMG, Waitrose and The Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.
My real passion is unleashing belief in brand to empower those that support it - from customers to colleagues.
Bravery for me exists somewhere between the under and oversell – it's about telling your truth with conviction.
Ideas are everywhere. I work to discover and translate them for creative teams through a combination of co-creative approaches that engage everyone each step of the way. I reframe your brand's role in the world by connecting your unique point of view with the distinct value you create at every interaction. Working closely with your team, together, we'll craft an empowering narrative that inspires brave ideas.
I've defined and redefined brands and experiences across five continents ranging from boutique resorts to global professional services. I've had the opportunity of working with brands such as FrontlineAIDS, Capgemini, EY, ICIS, Bayer, Fidelity International, LaSalle, The Wong Partnership, University of Johannesburg, Singita Game Reserves and Exxaro Resources.
